What is the minimum order?
The minimum order value placed through the B2B portal is 100 Eur.
Is the delivery of the item I order on the B2B portal always guaranteed?
Generally yes, except in the case of some computer stock error that may possibly exist.
How and when do I get the order confirmation?
The order is recorded in the system immediately after the purchase is completed. At that moment, you will receive confirmation by email.
Deliveries and Returns
Who bears the shipping costs of my order?
Shipping costs are covered by Tutti Bear for orders with a value equal to or greater than €150.00.
Below this amount, the costs are borne by the customer according to the information on the shipping page
Can I return ordered items?
Only the return of defective items is allowed.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Usually two to three business days for Mainland Portugal. For other destinations, the transit time varies between 3 to 7 business days.
