All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal using a secure shipping method with a tracking code.
Free shipping on orders from €250 to every destination listed below. The amount that counts is the product subtotal (after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping). No code is needed: free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and can expect your order to arrive according to the schedule below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.
