All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal using a secure shipping method with a tracking code.
We offer free shipping for orders over €150, depending on your region. No code is required; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes taxes.
It is not possible to cancel or adjust orders after placing an order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and can expect your order to arrive based on the schedule described below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

- During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase due to a high volume of orders.
- Tutti Bear only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged due to transport, please email us at b2b@tuttibear.com within 5 business days. Include photos of the damage so we can assist you quickly.
